SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HDAC1 (histone deacetylase 1, also called HD1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HDAC1 qPCR Primer Set – histone deacetylase 1
Also known as: GON-10, HD1, KDAC1, RPD3, RPD3L1
About this gene: Histone acetylation and deacetylation, catalyzed by multisubunit complexes, play a key role in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression. The HDAC1 protein belongs to the histone deacetylase/acuc/apha family and is a component of the histone deacetylase complex. The HDAC1 gene product also interacts with retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein and this complex is a key element in the control of cell proliferation and differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3065; HGNC ID: HGNC:4852; UniProt: Q13547; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004964.3; Chromosome location: 1p35.2-p35.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
