SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR162 (G protein-coupled receptor 162) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GPR162 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 162
Also known as: A-2, GRCA
About this gene: GPR162 was identified upon genomic analysis of a gene-dense region at human chromosome 12p13. The GPR162 gene product appears to be mainly expressed in the brain; however, its function is not known.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27239; HGNC ID: HGNC:16693; UniProt: Q16538; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_019858.2; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
